Those who wish to use e-Tax must first submit a notification of electronic filing, etc. to the tax office in their jurisdiction. The notification of electronic filing, etc. can be submitted online via the Internet (paper submission is also possible). If you submit the notification of electronic filing, etc. online, a user identification number, etc. will be issued (notified) online.
